LOL, no. That's what makes MRC so good, it's active and dynamic. KW's are mid-level passive dampers at best. If you're just trying to lower the car, they'll be somewhere between acceptable and tolerable, certainly a step up from bargain basement BC & Megan. They're a far cry from actually good passive dampers like Penske, Ohlins, and Multimatic.

It'll all come down to what you're trying to do with the car, and how much money you're willing to spend to get there.

I suppose that is a fair assessment. Mayhaps a DSC controller is far more prudent than this option.

That depends if you want tuning the DSC controller to become a new hobby.

Perhaps consider the 1LE suspension kit; it's extremely well sorted and obviously OEM quality.

^this.

1LE suspension has been superior to the custom valved KW V3's I once had on another platform. Those were extremely frustrating to dial in since the high speed compression was fixed. You'd adjust the low speed all day to try to clean up the shock's behavior and then hit a bump and the whole chassis would be upset. I gave up on them and sold them.

If you don't live in the Northeast and like spinning allen keys every other day, KW V3 may be your best option.

For me, the MRC adjusting in real-time with a DSC controller upgrade/CC plate options on the market for really dialing the setup in are perfect for a dual purpose car.

If I’m tracking correctly, the calibration for the MRC from the 1LE kit is not available for 2016 models, correct?
