I know the pics aren't too clear but def need a new rim side fender, and some body work to the door. It was night so i might get better pics tomorrow

5-6k I would say. Either way not cheap. Sorry for the problem. I had an issue before i got my plates, never fun man.

Yes, good thing is everybody is ok. I'm not worried about the money to get her fixed up since both parties had insurance, was just looking into doing some appearance mods so thought this was a good time to start.

Hope all turns out for the better in the end. I'm sure it will. You seem to have a good attitude about it and that's admirable. I look forward to seeing pics after repairs are complete.

How is the alignment? I got hit by an old couple in my girls honda accord a few months back.. it ended up being MY fault.. I got blocked by turning traffic in a "do not block" section and whammy an old old guy "didn't see me" and couldn't stop 50 ft away.. long story short. Repairs ain't cheap unless you got the hook up! Especially when the see that beauty of a "camar" roll in..

In CA, it is illegal to enter an intersection if you do not have a clear, immediate path to exit. Yes, you were at fault. If you knew the law, you wouldn't be blaming "an old couiple in a honda".
