I breezed thru the posts and may have skipped over...do you have to do any additional tuning for this pump after it is installed or is it as simple as plug-and-play? Mods are listed below. (looking for more safety)

Would a swap to this pump require a re-tune? Id like the added security for my setup.

I woulnt think so with the way the ecm works on these cars but it would be a good idea to get some where to check your duty cycles and a/f ratios. Wish i could tell you for sure maybe ADM can tell you for sure.

I'm a little confused. Does this new ZL1 fuel pump require an additional voltage booster? Or is one only needed if you want additional pressure? How high is just the pump good for?

You do not need a voltage booster. I believe most people are saying its goot for 675-685 with a manual tranny with no bap.

No tune required and no BAP for 680 RWHP.

it really all depends how your tune is set up now,, if your ifr tables are correct and if you have a zr1 map if your boosted.

okay, so the general idea of this pump is that it can be dropped in as a direct replacement using all existing mounting and wiring harnesses? if so, I might do this just to possibly give my Maggie equipped car some extra fuel protection.
