The issue though is that his face shows up in the rear view mirrior. Watch the video - at various intervals, you can see the top of his face, the middle, and the bottom. Piece it all together and its pretty clear he was the one driving.

My car can't even go that fast (not to mention I'm only running 130 mph tires at the moment) but if I were to make a video like that, I'd adjust the mirror so my face didn't show in the video. Or put the camera on the dash.

What a jack wagon. At least don't video your face if your going to act like a screw ball and then post a video of it. It's a shame he didn't tape the speedo during the video. It might have caused him a higher charge.
