Just kick it up a notch to a ZL1, Farmer. They all have NPP!

Yeah, it is a sizable notch! I was just messing with you. Glad to have you (almost) back in the fold!
Btw: Sorry for the double post

Won't you end up spending that much on mods anyway ?

A little on cosmetics, the heavy mod days ended with my 2004 GTO.

No, Arpad, he probably won't as he appears to be a much smarter man than you or me!

OK, should I start a go fund me in this thread? I have a ZL1 on my radar that meets the needs but I would need at a minimum 20K to get it.
I would go get it this weekend if the money came in and the numbers made sense - and I would drive the wheels of it like I do all my cars. I personally DD my cars, I enjoy the engagement everyday. That is why I buy a TR6060. I do not need to be the fastest I just want to be engaged while driving. And believe it or not the Scat is super engaging! Yes even cornering in the Widebody with the BS suspension.

Okay, friendly banter aside, I'm glad you're coming back, FarmerFran, just think it through again—I know it's $20K extra, but this is your very last chance, it's quite a different experience from a stock SS, and a ZL1 will bring you more in resale in the long run. In your shoes I'd certainly spring for a ZL1.

SS 1LE and hit the track! A good way to get rid of extra money ya know, before it goes stale.

I agree with arpad_m Fran. I know they cost more but don’t think you will regret buying a ZL1! I know I surely haven’t since owning one in 2019 and plan on keeping this one for a long time.
