Yes, it's a huge issue for me since I'm in Arizona. Literally BLINDS me.

Yep annoying as hell. Wonder if going over it with a very fine sandpaper would remove some gloss... Not willing to test it myself. Doesnt help that the sun visors are cheap pieces of crap too.
