Problem with Daytime running lamp
Hi,
My LED Daytime running lamp works inconsistently on the passenger side. Most times it doesn't turn on and at times it will shutoff after few minutes. Has anybody faced this? |

I would be taking it to the dealer if you can. Maybe there is just something loose under there. Tring to find an electrical gremlin sucks. Good luck.

My 5th gen had the same problem with the halos. Dealership replaced the headlight free of charge of course as I only had the car for 1 week!! Good luck and hopefully it's a simple fix.

Take it to the dealer to fix it. GM always seems to have issues with daytime running lights, especially the trucks.

Update: my dealer told me that there is correct power to the LED, but something is shorting within the lamp and not letting it ignite. They have ordered a new assembly and will take about two weeks to get it.
