Water in the front bumper/grille?

So, not many of you may have noticed this... but to those that have removed the front bumper/grille, did you hear water sloshing around somewhere? I am installing Oracle DRL's and Fog Lights and had to remove the front bumper. I put it off to the side and removed the headlights.

I went back out tonight to move some things inside since I wasn't done. I decided to put the front bumper on my porch. I carried it from the back of the house and stopped on the front lawn where I had some light to remove the fog lights. While moving it into position, I hear water moving. I start tipping the bumper side to side (without letting it touch the ground) and sure enough, it's in the bumper somewhere. I turned it upside down and several directions to see if water would come out of a hole, and got nothing. A good amount is trapped as I can feel the weight shift. Not sure how to get it out. I will look closer tomorrow... but any ideas?

Not quite sure but I am interested in the Oracle Foglights. Are you talking about the new LED Sidemarkers from Oracle?

No, the fog lights... the white strip to the left is from oracle. Backlit ColorSHIFT Fog Lights (V6) - Part #1293-333 (not sure what the V8 part # is)

I am going to have to cut into these with the dremel like I did the headlights. The shake and bake method of softening the glue really doesn't work as "easy" as the videos show.

On a side note, I was toying with the idea that the fog light insert could fit the side markers as a DIY (find a way to remove the reflector to get the lights into the housing)... and they would. However, they do not arc or bend so it would be a straight line down the side marker instead of curved.
