Best car I've ever owned to date.

If you anything about 2002 Camaro's. you would know that there is a plaque on the dash that says it is a "35th Anniversary Camaro". Why would they put that there if it wasn't a 35th anniversary Camaro? It just isn't a "Limited Edition". My SS was #2022.

There were actually 3,000 in the U.S. and 369 in Canada with the LE package. All 2002 Camaros, whether it was a V6 or V8, was a 35th Anniversary. The car you are referring to is one that I had as well which was a Limited Edition 35th Anniversary, rpo code Z4C.

This thread poses a tough enough question...

Then goes further an tells me I can't pick a v8. That's kind of like asking me to picture a life without sunshine. lol

Guess I missed the "No V8's" thing. Honestly, I want a V8. I don't care if it sucks down more gas, there's no replacement for displacement. "But 4 cylinder cars with turbos are putting out 300+ hp!" Yeah, imagine what a V8 with turbos would do.

If I HAD to choose, I like DRKS1D3's idea of an ATS-V, got to drive one of them once and it was impressive. The thing that was the most impressive was the lack of turbo lag. You hit the pedal and the car was instantaneous on the acceleration. Of course the self tightening seat belt was a tad creepy though.
