NorCal, found this for you on Youtube. It's one of the better explanations on Heel/toeing.

FYI...In March, I bought the exact car with less miles for 44K from a dealer. Same color, same year, same options (after market items does not improve value here), M6, no sun roof. Car was perfect in every way.

Beautiful car but I'm partial to the triple black M6s myself. GLWS enjoy the new home.

I saw the license plate Gunny and thank you!

Air Force retired here.

Thanks I'm familiar with heal and toe but find the pedal placement a bit off for me to blip the throttle. Your pictures show the gap between the brake and throttle to be closed up a bit which should help me. Some change all of the pedals but I just want the throttle only, the same as you have. How are the pedal height relationships with the pedal installed?

Thanks and again best of luck with the sale.

Excuse me, however bolt on's do add to value. It's aftermarket product's like headers, pulley swaps and internal changes that detract from value. If you got the car for $44K, the dealer was either out of trust on his floor plan or getting ready to go Chapter 7. You can't find a used one for under $48,980. And that's without navigation. The fluid changes alone cost over $500.00. This forum is mean't assist Camaro ZL1 owners, not to degrade the value of the awesome machines.

Sullivan racing product's sell's all three pedals as a set for around $159.00. To increase the height of the pedal, buy a piece of aluminum stock from Home Depot with longer screws than those supplied. Take off the accelerator pedal and grind the rubber down, mate the aluminum stock to the underside of the SRP pedal with two sided tape and(don't drill or use screws yet). re-install the accelerator assembly and see how it feels. If you like it, screw it!!!!

Good Morning Big Boy, thanks for the kind thoughts, and I hope your dad is doing well. Give him my "Thanks for his service in the Nam!" With regards to the statement you referenced, again thanks. I checked the Manheim auction sales across the country and not a single 2013 ZL1 was sold at that low a number. At the Highline auction in Palm Beach they are going for $45,400.00 plus and not as well equipped and more mileage. Also you have to be a dealer to buy one which refutes his credibility as the dealers are buying them to resell.
