Hey all,

Just a Tyler, TX area shout out! Have had my car since January and very rarely seen 6gens out and about until recently. Have met a few with SS's and met a neighbor that just got one as well.

Anyone else out here in the area that's also on the forum?

Camaros of East Texas. We meet on the second and fourth Saturday of each month at 4pm in the Hastings Parking lot, and we do car shows and other stuff in between. Shoot me a PM if you want to get on the email list and check us out on fb. It'll be good to have another 6th gen join us

I'm surprised there aren't more from East Texas on here.

I'm from White Oak and can still remember cruising Highway 80 in Longview. Tons of Camaros/Firebirds and Stangs. We also would make a run down to Tyler from time to time. Was a lot of fun back in the 80's!

Most the folks are.on the Facebook group. I believe there was a Highway 8p cruise this year, but I personally didn't make that one. We also had a big meet with the Dallas and Houston clubs at Mast Motorsports for a tour of their facilities. Also some of us are heading out to Ennis in October to watch the NHRA drag racing event. We always love to have new people come out and join us, so y'all come on out and say hello.

Hey i'd be interested in this! 2016 Camaro 2ss here. Whats the age crowd like if you dont mind my asking? Not that it really matters just wondering.

Our ages are all over the place. Ranging from young first-time 5th/6th gen owners to some who remember when Camaros first came out. All ages and genders welcome.
