LG asks "Dan, what header do you want based on my measurements?" I say send me whatever one will fit. Maybe make a template? I dunno. Why am I paying so much $$$???

Contact for this has been:
Dane Syme
dane@lgmotorsports.com

Hopefully the owner still reads these and cares, I know he used too. This is just crap really.

I'll find his tag and put it here as well maybe they can use this as feedback if anything.

BTW that rub cant rub any worse as it's jammed up against the sub frame, OK?

I think the entire right header is too far to the right. I tried to line up the headers to the stock exhaust to fit the connector pipes and had to use a come-a-long to pull them together, I'd say they were 3" too wide. if I had to guess I'd say some 200lbs to hold them where they need to be. THis also pulls the pipe away from the sub-frame, so if that header was pulled over 1 to 1.5" it may be ok.

Wondering what this long term force will do to the flange bolts (break them or create an exhaust leak)... still trying to get a replacement I know once I dent them they wont take it back.

So denting the pipe really wont fix it, the collector is too far over.

If the over all alignment is that bad do not try and make them work. Make LG replace them.

Op....dont touch or alter your headers . Simply return them as they came. Once you start banging them around you wont be able to return them for a refund.

With my stainless works, I got the mid pipes in order to go catless:

Appears your missing those to replace the cats.

I’m with the others, don’t touch the headers if they are that close to the frame — something is off. Putting a dent won’t hurt performance but, warranty is a different matter...

Also, I see only one O2 sensor port and the one on the header is @ 90°, sure is different than mine...

For what you paid for these there is NO damn way I would be taking anything other than a band new set of headers.

You should not have to be doing any of this stuff. None of it. Headers are one of the easiest mods to do on this car, but only when the fit and finish is correct.

I wish you the best getting this sorted out. Hopefully LG makes it right.

The dside has one of the connection pipes installed. But it's way too short. Did you have to pull your headers together with rigging for them to line up with the stock x-pipe? I did. Yea that header is messed up no question. LG is dragging feet. Call and email they respond, just say ya ya no problem will ship that out right away. Never do.

Never buying from then again that's for sure.

When I had the stock exhaust, I just used the mid pipe and the reducer -- went right on. I have a new exhaust now and it still fits without touching the headers...

LG has such a great rep -- they may be dealing with their new place -- I've been out that way so I'm sure the new place is impeding them a bit... Sure hope this is just a hic-up...
