A dealer can enter an order anytime but the entered order will not be placed (accepted) until the dealer has been awarded a empty slot into which the order can slide.
It is VERY important a dealer have an allocation otherwise none of the entered orders can be placed. In your case, a good sign. Laborsmith |

Lansing visit
I was there today and saw many Camaros mixed in with Caddies. It is tough to get a picture wth the fences and no stop zones. I also observed no rail or trailer loading. Wonder what is going on.
