Build sheets?

Has anybody been able to find the build sheet on their Camaro? I understand that this sheet follows the car through the production line so each station knows what options to install. I have heard that a lot of the time these sheets are then attached to some out-of-the-way place like under one of the seats. I have not found one on my '13; has anybody else found one? In 30 years the possession of that sheet makes the car much more valuable (according to Barrett-Jackson).

There was something in the trunk when I picked it up at the dealer. Looked like a computer printout with all the options I picked, I think. It was on pin-feed paper, maybe 11 x 14" in size. Had my VIN in the upper right corner. If I had a scanner, I'd scan it and put it on here so you can see.

My salesman scooped all papers upon delivery from my 2010 and 2013 and put them in an envelope for me. It is something you would likely have to request prior to delivery. Most often, they are just tossed out during PDI at the dealer.

Classic Corvettes have the build sheet on top of the gas tank. Having the build sheet for a high optioned or low optioned car adds to the value of a classic car.

Here's the build sheet from my 73.

They are likely gone like mine. Even after I told the dealer not to they still chucked them. There were I believe 3 pages. They're usually left one in the trunk and one each in the door pocket for the left & right side of the interior. It is the one thing that to this day over 3 years later infuriates me about my car. Yes, I was able to get copies from Becky at Rogers Chevrolet but it's not the ones from the factory that went down the line with the car. It's the one thing that every once in a while makes me want to sell it off.

Darn, I wish I had thought about this before I picked up the car. I did tell them that I definitely wanted the window sticker IN TACT and still on the window when I picked it up so I could remove it myself. I was told that it is state law (in NC) that the buyer gets the window sticker, but I never thought about the build sheet. Someone give me more details as to how I can get a copy of it from GM. Thanks.

Lucked out and my sales guy, 60 ish, happened to be into corvettes and camaros. Has a few of his own. He gathered up all the paperwork as soon as it came in and placed it in a folder for me.

that's right you have to ask sales man to get them before detail gets car ready

I found these in my trunk. Are they build count sheets?

that's not really a build sheet but it's kinda cool stuff. my sheet is about the same size as the window sticker and has a grid on I with all the codes for whatever the car got such as npp and a lot of other code and vin, color, trim etc.. there's also a sticker under trunk mat on driver's side that I think tells the same thing but I haven't read it close yet
