Keep the SS or go to 1LE
Well I was at my local dealership today getting the oil changed on my Camaro. While I waited I went to look in the show room. Saw a few zl1's but they are out of my price range. Then I saw a 1le in white m6 no nav 1 SS. Could probably do the payment but just wondering if it's worth the upgrade from my 11 2ssrs.... So I thought I'd come to my favorite forum for advice.

Go for the ZL1, if you could swing it. The 1LE is great in its own right but whatever you do, don't test drive a ZL1.

Really doubt I would trade up to the 1LE, without question I would for a ZL1

I have a 2013 1 LE and my wife has a 2012 SS, and I will say they don't drive anything a like at all. My 1 LE handles WAY better then her SS. But if you aren't gonna track it or hit some nice curvy roads then I wouldn't do it. I would just keep the SS and save the funds.

Keep the SS. Same power, just a little different ride. You have more creature comforts in the 2SS anyways. HUD and leather are def worth keeping.

They are both ss's lol, the ss with 1le add on is not worth the trade in..

Put the 3.91:1 rear gear in the SS and call it a day. Won't be the same as a 1LE but your grin won't know the difference

I didnt have any intentions of tracking it. I knew i could come here for advice.. Looking back at the numbers i think ill just keep the SS. The big factor in that decision is that the SS is paid for. The money id be spending for the 1le i could put in the SS and make it so so much better.

As for me, I looked at the 1LE when I got my 2SS/RS but I don't track it so no need anymore power than I already got. Best. |
