Okay sorry it took so long, but the work life has been crazy. I finally took delivery on the wheels and the specs from the back are 18x10.5x56mm. Each wheel also weighs 16lbs. These were the markings stamped directly into the back side of the spokes. I'll most likely be running these in the rear with the 5/16 spacer unless i can re-locate the e-brake cable.

Looking at the link XJer posted: http://factoryreproductions.com/fact...TTE-C6-c58.htm

I'm thinking that the 18x 8.5 would work in front since its the same 56mm offset. I would just need to get 2 more 5/16 spacers. Is there a downside of running wheels with spacers? More or less preferred in the front or rear? Any comments would be great.

Thanks,
Jason

I think you are going the wrong way on the offsets? The narrower wheel would want something like a 30-40mm offset right?

I would agree that it would need to be a bigger spacer up front, as stock front offset is +35mm vs the +56mm. So the spacer would need to be able to seperate the wheel 21mm... that's pretty far of a difference.

I would think you are safer running the 18x9.5 with 40mm offset and either the same spacer you have in the rear, or grinding down the spindle like mentioned earlier

sent from my galaxy s3. that would explain the errors.

So I found these.

Should work perfect getting the 18x9.5x40 mm.

k...

Sounds though we should be able to run 18x9.5 40mm offset up front with no spacer with a little grinding.

I agree with PSJ. A spacer would do the trick too but it is possible to avoid having to do that by grinding. If you jump back a few pages you can see what needs to be grinded.
