The "leather" interior in your car is not real leather. It's coated fake leather. GM uses this in all their "leather seated" cars, and so do many other car manufacturers.
Real leather, like what a baseball glove is made of, would be a nightmare inside a car. Heat from the sun, sweat and oils from your body, cold during the winter.....it couldn't handle it. You don't need anything special to use on it. That being said I like to use Kenotek Leather Cream...simply because it smells like new leather... the smell lasts for 3-4 weeks.

All the leather cleaners in the market are made for the coated “leather.” The main thing is these products have leather scent.

I grabbed some Adam's polishes leather & interior cleaner a few weeks ago as my first Adam's product. It works exceptionally well on my seats. I had a lot of discoloration on my kalahari seats due to black and blue jeans and dress pants. The leather and interior cleaner cleaned it off really easily. I am very impressed. I've just ordered some Chemical Guys leather cleaner and conditioner as well just so I can compare. I'm expecting great things from it as well. But so far I've never been as impressed by a car cleaning product as I was when I used the Adam's leather & interior cleaner for the first time.
