Awesome job on the render, really like what you did with the upper grill in the front. Here's to hoping that GM does something similar to this.

Good work.
I don't really like it or hate it any worse than the current car. So that works for me lol. The only improvement in my opinion might be that the rear bumper doesn't have the creases that the 16 - 18 model has just below the tail lamps.

Think the rear is very close, the front not so much.

LOVE the front of your render. As a buyer that is looking to purchase a 2SS this fall, if GM released pics of the 2019 that matched your render...I would DEFINITELY wait

SSmash, I'm in the same boat however I would wait regardless because after the 19's come out there will be sweet deals on the 18's if you don't like the update.

Oh, just saw the mods put my renderings in this own topic. Thanks
I also think the rear end is pretty close, it's just how they design the actually rear lights that is not possible to guess. On the front, they really went crazy on the fake padding. But I'm pretty sure the upper grille is pretty spot on with the higher V-like shape and the small bar near the headlight. For the lower grille, it could be anything, even get some ugly modern mess like the new Mustang I'm also about the order a new Camaro. But since the changes seem pretty minor I would be pretty happy with the current model. I actually thinking the more angular rear shapes with the crates under the rear lights look better the rounded new shape Pretty interesting is that the Transformers 5 camaro actually seems to be based on the facelift but with old lights. The bigger upper grille: The new plate frame and the big bulge above the diffusor |

I am in the same boat as you guys. I'm looking ZL1 which I believe it has been mentioned isn't getting a front refresh but I believe the rear may. I think that rear coupled with the darker set taillamps (If a similar look comes to fruition) look phenomenal. Better than both the current 6 and 5 gens and I agree the wait would be worth it. I can't imagine we get any confirmation, however, until right before production next summer. They won't risk tanking sales in the Fall and Winter before that

disappointed if it doesn't change much.
Current front lower grill 'frowning', now it's 'smiling'? Last edited by 2010SLVRBULIT; 10-15-2017 at 10:14 AM. |
