Strut towers, max camber and rubbing

Does anyone know if the strut tower assembly, can be installed incorrectly in. 2018 ZL1?

For some reason my Front driver side tire is rubbing on the strut tower lip where the spring is seated, when it never has before even though the alignment is back to the -2.4 camber I had last year when I had no problems.

I only noticed this when turning right it only rubs partway through the turn.

I am using Camaro ZL1 1LE wheels and tires
