Looks like its a housing development, I'm sure they already have a contract for towing. That said, I wouldn't take up two spots.

When I'm out and about in my daily driver (beater) I admit I will crowd to the edge of a parking space toward someone who is parked off line. Mind you, I'm totally between the painted lines of my spot, but it's funny seeing their reaction when they realize what they did. It's all in fun.
