I'm assuming the stock ZL1 bottom end is stronger than the stock SS bottom end.

I was there and saw it in person, everyone in the shop was in awe when the numbers popped up on the screen. Matt knows his stuff and is a great person in general!

Super Congratulations again to J-Rod and Matt from FSP! What an amazing accomplishment for two very talented guys!! From the bad ass build all done by J-Rod, to the awesome tuning from Matt. Wow, it was so awesome to be able to witness this record breaking pulls! I have a video, I'm sure he will be posting it soon.

Incredible results and congrats to you and Matt for a job well done.

I just hope reading this thread doesn't make people think that every engine is capable to live at those power levels in stock form.

Enjoy the power and drive safely.

JRod is a track guy, we're not chasing dyno numbers with this. He has used and abused this thing greatly over 55k miles, including NUMEROUS track passes sitting at 750rwhp to the tire.. Now we just gave him a bit more to spin on until he does the 4L80E

Awesome

Holy Shit Sticks Batman! You got bigger ballz than me my friend! That is a true testament to just how bad ass the LS3 platform's are. Hope you have tuned it down for the street to make that motor last! Awesome numbers indeed, that has to be a rwhp record for a stock bottom end LS3 huh? I'd like to see Ford or Mopar try that on the Coyote platform 5.0 or the Hemi 6.4L, interested to see how far their bottom end could go to!
