The dealership told me i need to change my whole stereo because...
Hey guys!
So 2 days ago I was going to turn up the volume and the rubber that covers the volume knob ripped and its loose now, so i took it to the dealership to get a new one but the guy told me they're gonna have to change the whole stereo because they dont have that part!! Anyone faced something like this and what should i do? I attached a pic so you guys can take a look. Thanks

Interesting, Mine is getting loose also.

You have to be kidding me, please post the name of this Dealership (STEALERSHIP) and location, if the part wasn't in Im sure they could order it...NOT REPLACE THE WHOLE STEREO, You can even go aftermarket...a buddie of mine removed them, when you do the RED lighting under glows and matches his interior lighting

Sounds like your B2B has expired...
If you could figure out where the unit was manufactured, you could email them a pic and see if they could send you a new knob. But your best bet is probably to try and find a unit that someone took out when they upgraded their sound system and buy it cheap.
