HELP Me Pick New Exhaust Tips!

The car: summit white with black stripes and black wheels.

Should I get:

Black tips?
Traditional Crome Tips?
Should they be double walled, polished, resonated,???
How big outlet size?
Will 4" look nice and fill the gap nicely?
Also, slash cut or circular?

Looking for any advice I can get!!!

Personally, I would go with 4" round Crome, about an inch thick. Does this sound like it would fit the car well?! I am a newbie with all of this and don't want to look like a douche! Lol. Thank you all

IMHO.... I would get the 4" polished SS (don't have to worry about rust in the future) and SLASH CUT to mimic the rear facia.....kind of like this.

Ok, cool. Also, what's the inlet size I should look for, and length? What's stock on the ls? I know I want about 4" out but not sure of the other measurements!! Sorry for being such a bone-head!

yeah just go out and measure the rear facia to ensure there in adequate clearance between the tip and the facia, ya certainly don't want to melt anything

The problem you're going to face is that there isn't much room for aftermarket tips of any decent size, while using the stock mufflers. I looked a while back and found nothing that wouldn't need to be modified to fit. There are catbacks with short tips but few of them are available without the rest of the exhaust. I have 4.5in double walled tips and they look great but I have a aftermarket axleback.

Going with a double walled tip will eliminate the possibilty of melting your rear facia.

He's already deleted his mufflers.

If you go double-walled, that will help protect your diffuser. I think they look better too.

:EDIT:

Oops.... like axis already said!

Ok, so with muffler delete, I shouldnt go bigger than 4" outlet size right? May melt or something at 4 1/2 or 5. I will look for 4 inch tips. Will I look stupid with circle ones and not slashcut? I kind of like the mean look of big round ones on the back of the camaros. "Rhyder", those are awesome, I just dont have the funds for those at the moment! But Real nice look

If you go bigger than 4", then you'll definitely want double-walled. I don't like the looks of the bigger ones. The 4" tips are about perfect in my opinion.

I had circle ones (no angled cut) on my muffler delete. They look fine as long as they don't stick out too far.
