Mine just moved out, trashed the place, going to foreclosure. Now there is an 1/2 filled pool, green water and a turtle and an ALLIGATOR living next door. Code cannot get it out due to private property and the owners are unwilling to contact anyone. I think I have fried gator tail on my mind. Inside needs to be gutted, I am offering a price to see if I can get the adjoining lot to mine.

Sorry to hear that! Yea people are just not friendly now-a-days, very evil, ignorant, jealous, petty etc! Its very sad to have that type of problem with another Adult. Best bet is to keep your distance from him, including your Camaro because folks like that tend to make your f***ing blood boil, you don't wanna do something that'll harm yourself or Family.
