@CRH83 I was under the impression that opening a case with GM meant seeing if they can assist and perhaps refer me to another dealership or allow me to go to the shop of my choice. Being that this is the 4th repair. Opening a case is not anything legal from what I understand. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Did I mention the discolored fender on the driver side? first pic is the discolored area and the second is the way it was supposed to look (on the passenger side).
