Messed Up Bowtie Decal...
This is mostly my fault. And it was probably too cold out. But, This decal was very cheap off Amazon so I'm not to surprised. Still I think I'm the one to blame on this. But just in case; does anyone know a GOOD place to buy a Flat Black Decal??? Or should I just buy another one off Amazon and try again?

Best thing to do, go to a local vinyl shop, ask for a piece of scrap in the color you are looking for, making sure it is big enough to do what you need to cover up. They shold be willing to give it to you without much problems at all. I have a friend who does vinyl and has done this for people in the past.
Good Luck and sorry to hear about the trouble you had on the one you had. One other thing, pre-cut ones are a PITA to install. Better to place a larger than needed vinyl on the area, and use a very sharp xacto knife to cut between the edges.

Plastidip it. I had vinyl before and then took it off and used plastidip for the bowtie. It looked much better and didn't chip over a year +

My plastidip has been on since the day after I got the car. I had it on my truck bowtie's for two years.. Looked as good as the day I put it on.

I live in an area where there's snow on the ground for a least 4-5 sometimes 6 months of the year so I need something stronger than plasti dip. The Camaro is my only car becuase I can NOT afford even a junker for winter. So I need vinyl...not pasti dip.
