Man, you guys make me feel better- thought I might be the most compulsive one!

Just $4,590 for me (give or take). Only $600 of that is labor, I really enjoy the fun of installing this stuff- Thanks to all the members and vendors for the great how-to posts!

This site is amazing for consistent good cheer and sound advice!

I hope someone at "CamaroNow" gets a look at this thread. They seem to have forgotten V6's exist after the first issue. Maybe they'll see we do spend a little $$.

There is so much you can do today, inexpensively, that brings up the horsepower. But it is all relative. I bought my Camaro strictly to have a comfortable street car with some kahonaise. If I wanted to race, I can always make it a beast, that is easy. But you loose engine longevity when you drip every drop of power possible out of it. It is all a matter of what you are in to. But I love seeing what other people do with their rides. Look forward to seeing yours someday soon.

I just pray I do not catch the disease from you........you may start costing me cash. Especially if we ever get side to side at the track and you win......that would be bad!
Lol, yeah, I'm at cars and coffee almost every weekend. Hope to see you there as well. The 5th gen camaro community here in town is growing all the time. We usually have 15-20 camaros show up now. Hope to see you out there, and at the track, so I can beat you . Lol. J/k

It's probably not a good idea, to spend $1000 on shorties, and cutting the downpipes to accommodate them, only to pull them off and put on longtubes, but nobody has ever accused me of being smart.

Oh, ya .... For sale! JBA shorties, and fitted downtubes with cats.... Hahahah

I included labor cost in my expenditure as well. All in all I came out pretty well when I include labor....I think.
