What do you display on dash?

What do people normally display on the dash during normal driving? I got used to the digital speedometer there with my 2011, but now with the HUD and the regular speedometer I don't really need 3 speedometers. I just can't find anything else I really care about during daily driving. I feel like I'm missing something obvious. I don't care about mileage and the engine health during normal driving is pretty much covered by the temp and oil pressure already displayed on the smaller gauges above.

To be clear I'm talking about where the g force circle is currently displayed in the picture below.

I've tried several, but I find them all too distracting. I just do the basic info, but with the "Technology" theme. Don't feel like I need to look at volt meter and oil pressure all the time.

I've got fuel consumption, last 25mi, in the center. Also use the "Technology" theme. I've got rpm/mph in the HUD. Barely even look at the dash, tbh.

I've been leaving mine on the digital speed. The way I like my wheel adjusted I don't see the entire range of the normal speedo, so a quick glance down let's me know how badly I'm abusing the speed limit at the time.

I have tried all 3, always come back to the standard mode/Info screen, enable everything in all menus, and leave it on the digital speedometer. Just toggle through constantly to check tire pressures, fuel, etc.

Lately I've been keeping oil temp from the performance menu up. I'm not driving the car that much so I try to make sure I get the oil temp up to normal temps for longevity. FYI if you guys haven't watched it you might be surprised how long it takes to get the oil warm.

I'm boring. Standard screen and digital speed. When I'm doing a track day I have it on tranny temp. When doing auto-x I do the G-force bar graph, not the circular graph.

trip odometer with current fuel tank mileage (I reset when I fill up)
or sometimes I use the "what audio is playing" view as I usually have the map showing on my big 8"

I don't understand the "technology" view as it looks retro to me, not "technical"... and I'm surprised how many folks like it.

I hate the 1lt dash with it's non-digital gauges. The entire dash should be digital. It looks so stupid to have the speed in the middle and have that speedo on the right you can't remove.

For now though, i just have the one screen that shows how many miles you have left until you run out of gas along with the other info on that screen.

Thanks for all the comments. I'm really trying to get used to using the HUD for speed. I feel like since I have the HUD I should use it - seems stupid not to - but my habit is still to use the digital speed on the dash. I guess using ANYTHING else there will help me break that habit.

I'll try some of the suggestions above, and anything else that gets suggested.
Thanks
