You will be fine. My dealer put the GM axleback on my car. well I wasn't paying $1000 for an axleback when I can spend that on a full exhaust. So i took it off and gave it back to them...I drove for about 2 months with cut pipes. I just recommend checking under the car every so often to make sure nothing is getting to hot. I even took a 2 hour road trip with no axle back. didn't harm anything. actually sounded good. Didn't slow me down. Didn't smell anything.

What are you talking about. People have cutouts and run open headers all the time. Which is right under the seat

Trust me when I say this, it sucks to smell raw fuel the entire drive through town. I've had headaches but that's about it. How much for your axle back? I have headers and straight pipes and I need to quiet it down some. |
