You guys crack me up! Whatever floats your boat I guess.

I get the random thumbs up, parking lot conversation, people looking and "dude that's sweet" comments in my G8 too...don't put too much thought into it.

the gen4 WS6 is one bad looking mofo. I don't really notice people noticing my ZL1. Occasionally.

I get lots of thumbs up in my 79. So is it the best? No.

If you love your car, then you win. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

(Seriously, when a 5 year old LS that was only $22k to begin with hits the used market - every kid with a couple of bucks snags one. These cars are everywhere now.)

Sure, you can mod the crap out of it and still draw attention, but that's true of any car.

My guess is that the 6th gen (at least as far as we know it to look) isn't going to have the same head-turning appeal simply because it's similar to what's out there.

When the 5th gen debuted there was simply nothing like it on the road. The 6th gen is falling (looks-wise) right in the ballpark with the 5th gen and the C7. Quite frankly, we've seen cars that look like it.

Seems to me the 5th gen was about getting a car out there that looked stunning and like nothing else. The 6th gen is about refining that look (I say 'homogenizing', but to each his own) and finally delivering performance.

I'm sure it will draw attention like any sports/muscle car does, but nothing like those got with the first couple of model years on the 5th gen.
From the bits and pieces we've seen from the Gen6, I think it's going to make our Gen5 look outdated. They'll be successful if this is the case. I'm sure the interior will much different, but I really appreciate the simplicity/retro look of my 2011 dash. Wonder if they'll still put the lightening bolt on the doors.

You guys can say what you want. I personally have never experienced a car that got as much attention as my camaro did in 2010. It's not why I bought it and it's not what floats my boat...but the styling is one of the biggest reasons the car was successful.

I am not feeling the rederings yet. It did take me a wile to warm up to the 15 mustang and C7 though.

right now I like the 15 mustang better than the 16 camaro render but maybe as time goes on I warm up to it more.
