Keeping this thread alive. Yesterday I spotted a Bright Yellow SS Coupe with black stripes travelling westbound on El Camino Real at Sunnyvale Ave. in Sunnyvale at about 5:15PM.

I feel pretty alone in my town! A few 5th gen, both yellow, some challengers, a hellcat. Other than that I don't see 6th gens without going a good 30 miles

Still waiting to see a ZL1 or ZL1 1LE in the wild. Saw a Krypton Green RS yesterday afternoon on my way home from work as I was getting off of southbound Interstate 280 at the De Anza Blvd exit in Cupertino.

Vert weather is here, I would plan on seeing a lot more of them. Also, a lot more of them being sold.

Saw a black gen 6 with red racing stripes in centereach ny, I gave the thumbs up but like most camaro drivers I do that to, gave me a look like I screwed their mother.

I wonder if it is because so many Gen 6 buyers are first time Camaro buyers. This is one thing that I think the Gen 5 Hate Mob gets right. Gen 6, with its higher tech content and Euro-influenced styling appeals to people who have never considered a Camaro before. They don't know "the wave". Happened a bit with Corvette C6 and also C7.

I'm one of those first timers, but still wave or give a thumbs up to other Camaro owners when I see them.
