Do you Warm up before you go ?

Cuz if you do, you're wasting gas and time.

I do a couple burpees, that gets me nice and warm before I go.

I usually let mine warm up for 3-5 minutes I mess with my Bluetooth in that time frame. But I'm over protective of my car as I said

The most important part is to not put a heavy load/strain on the engine, until it is properly warmed up (oil/coolant). You can drive "normal" from the beginning, just no heavy foot.

I don't let it warm up per say, but I do let it idle down before moving.

It might sound counter intuitive but idling the engine for 5 minutes is doing more damage than good. Driving u der light load warms it up quicker and warm is good, idling cold is bad.
