after looking for a year I found my 2010 SS 2 states away 14 K one Owner prices 24,000$ for it and would have got it a little cheaper but got caught up in a Auction bidding war with some other Dealerships.

Is the finance manager a little old lady who wanted to get into something less sporty?

Every car has a story. Go drive it. See if it speaks to you. I waited over a week from my first test drive to the purchase. I didn't care if "someone else snapped it up". In that case? It wasn't meant to be.

You can squabble over a thousand here or there, but in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't mean much. If you like the color, the trim, the engine.... Not everybody wants an SS. I certainly did not. For me. RANGE was an important consideration.

Go drive the car. The dealer will make sure you leave with it if it is the right choice for you.

Not sure lol His exact words were:
" The car was actually traded in by our finance director. It was traded in to get a more practical car. They bought a Honda Crosstour which is a crossover v."

I just realized I never showed a picture of it. Price changed from
23,500 to 23,900. When I told them what I wanted my walk out price to be it changed to 24,000 online. I think it was marked up in an effort to get it down to what I want. I think, not sure.

Finance ManagerYah that is why he needs a bigger car to carry more money and a quicker get away.

When I bought my Camaro last May I used Edmunds' true car value to see what the market price was in my geographic area for the car I wanted, considering factors such as mileage and overall condition of the vehicle. That's the only way to guage whether it's a good deal since dealerships aren't required, by law, to tell you how much they paid for the car like they have to with new cars.

OP, it's a safe assumption the dealer acquired the Camaro you're interested in for a few thousand dollars less than what they're asking. The real issue is $23,500 the market value for your area despite how much the dealer paid for it? Good luck.

Is this too low of a price for a 2015? It sin Texas. Thanks in advance. I know you guys are tired of me asking if I've found good deals or not but that's one reason this forum exists, to get opinions. What's your opinion...
I haven't gone thru all the post in this thread. Just the first thing that comes to my mind is the question, what's the matter with the 2012 Camaro you have now? Is it wore out? What's the 2015 have that your current one doesn't that's worth spending all that money?

That is so funny. I'm sure. Those finance guys have great reputations of honesty and integrity, right?

Nothing is wrong with my current car just looking to upgrade to a 2LT. If and when I find one, my sister is going to buy the one I have.
