Exhaust void warranty?
Would an installation of aftermarket exhaust system affect any kind of warranty voids? I assume it shouldnt as exhaust doesnt effect anything but better exhaust flow out of the car.

I would say as soon as you have to take a wrench to your car than the dealer can say yes you warranty is now void. Unless you have a gm exhaust installed by gm. Depends on your dealer.

after reading all of the stories on here about people getting screwed by dealers over warranty repairs im willing to say adding an air freshner will void your warranty.

Voiding warranty because of a cat back exhaust is changed is on the end of absurd. For all intents and purposes the stock exhausts flow extremely well and aren't going to flow that much worse than an aftermarket. You gotta remember vehicles are designed to encompass a wide variety of consumers. Not every body wants a car that rumbles, which I find crazy, but to each their own!

It would void warranty work regarding the exhaust system.
