Can I mount a Too High Psi Billet Lid on my 2ss Magnuson 2650 to hear it whine?

Hi guys. Can I mount a Too High Psi Billet Lid or DSX 2650 lid on my 2ss Magnuson 2650 to hear it whine? Since everything is stock except the Magnuson 2650, I want to get the whining sound without changing the pulley or intake system if possible. If I can just change the lid and hear a whining sound, I'll buy it. Has anyone tried it?

Billet lids will generally allow for more SC whine...
