They are replicas not the real deal. Sorry to hear about your issues. My dealer would never pull that crap...

Yeah I'd go back and tell them the research you've done and try and see just exactly where they got them from and how they came to charge you so much plus "stealing" your orig. rims. From what I can find I see those rims at $250 a piece. Maybe it was a miscommunication, maybe they figured they could find you rims that were closest to your stock size and not know that the good ole boys at Camaro5 would find their faults, maybe they didnt know what the hell they were doing.
So I guess I'll be sticking with good ole Classic Chevy.

This is the most ridiculous thread I have ever read. Are you kidding me? Your dealer hooked you up with wheels that are heavy, weaker and a lot less expensive then factory zl1 wheels. If I were you I would go to the dealer and threaten to call the local police.

If the dealer stated ZL1 wheels they are a forged wheel with CAMARO embossed on the rim in 20x10+23et up front and 20x11et43 rears. The correct tire sizes for ZL1 wheels are 285-35-20 front and 305-35-20 rear. Also, those ZL1 replicas are called FR41's not ZL1's. This could be a legal technicality. There is also another ZL1 replica that looks closer to the real thing called a LGZR28. I hope you get this straightened out. I hate to say this, but, right now your taking it in the...

Ooh, these are perfect, especially considering that I was thinking about buying takeoffs later this year.

Right? I understand college gets busy (trust me I was an architecture major) but the fact that they took your stock ss rims, sold you replica rims at triple the cost (20x8 and 20x9 setup = $799) would warrant and immediate personal visit and shit storm in their show room. Take the receipts with you and if they refuse to remedy the situation I would contact BBB and a lawyer.
