I'm a picky too and it's sickening. I get so mad every time I walk up to open the door now.

Go with the PDR guy. If you mess it up, you'll be even more pissed at yourself.

Get a pro PDR guy to do this... if you try this yourself you may make it worse. I leave those kinds of things to the professionals. I had three or four done the first three months we had ours. Two were there when we got it that I did not notice until after delivery (small and in unusual places) and two that I got at a restaurant when two SUVs full of kids empited on both sides of my car at dinner one night.

Nope, just onloaded the hoarde and went inside. My PDR guy is fantastic, but it still cost about $100, but they are all gone now.

I would have appreciated them to own up to it, I did this two weeks ago on accident at lunch and waited for the owner to come out and gave them my insurance info. Would prefer someone to do that for me if the tables were the other way around... and in the past no one did, so I chose to do the right thing. Clean conscious and all.

I'm impressed... I would have done the same thing. Kudos to you Pal.

With all the road rash I have on mine from the incredibly cheap pain job these cars have I wouldn't even notice a little chip like that anymore.

I've fixed a ton of these, this gen of Camaro is prone to getting dents right on the body line. I just fixed one like this on a brand new Black Z28 that wasn't even sold yet. Pretty easy fix, I usually charge between $50-$75 to fix a dent on a Camaro door body line

At pool last night..., I found the crew who were responsible for my dent. It was another Camaro owner. But he was not really a nice guy.

Nope.. But at least he finally apologized and said his passenger climbing out the back let the door swing to far and hit mine. That is was NOT his fault. I said you may not be entirely responsible. But you could have walked over and apologized to me and told me what happened last Thursday. That would haven been the decent thing.

You got issues man! It's just a car and a daily driver to boot. If it bothers you so bad call the pdr, get it fixed and move on. The only way to keep them looking perfect forever is to leave them in the garage under a cover and they are way too much fun to drive to do that!!
