I'm 65 - ALL were daily drivers, since I can't afford more than 1 car at a time (and I have a 1-car garage)

1961 Dodge Lancer (my only 4-door, family friends were going to junk it)
1967 Olds 4-4-2 3AT triple black - my only convertable
1971 Impala coupe 3AT (not the cool "Custom Coupe") my only bench seat, column shift
1967 Olds 4-4-2 3MT (bad conv from auto)
1967 Olds 4-4-2 3AT (beaut paint, front disks - rolled it after 4 days)
1975 Pontiac Lemans 3AT 350 4bbl(?)
1982 Camaro Z/28 3AT - my first NEW car, ordered as 4MT, had to take auto to get it built

1985 IROC-Z 4AT - bought used, stumbled on prev owner - said it was totaled

1986 Buick GN 4AT - bought new, got Rancho susp kit inst&tuned - STOLEN
1987 IROC-Z 4AT 5.0L like my other Camaros

Got sick of GM's excuses for not fixing - or not fixing under warranty, went Japanese (all were bought new, except '99 Eclipse)
1990 Eclipse GSX 5MT (only trans avail - nasty crunch on med speed 1-2 shift)
1991 Eclipse GSX 4AT - took a bath trading in, but it felt quicker, and auto is covered
1996 Eagle Talon TSi AWD 4AT - cranked up the boost adj too far, blew gaskets & seals
1999 Eclipse GSX 4AT (used - clean CarFax, lots of repair evidence)
Was waiting for the new Aussie GTO, but G35 came out and got great reviews, so
2003 Infiniti G35S 5AT - really nice car, performance with a touch of luxury
2008 Infiniti G37S 5AT - 50HP bump, seat memory, active cruise, 4WS, paddles, 50HP

After driving the G37 for 10 years, with my only mod being Injen short-ram CAIs, I went looking for a G37xS or Q60S AWD with all the same options as my 2008, but I wanted the AWD, since it was the consensus of MyG37.com guys, that adding FI to a RWD just gives lots of wheel spin, but the AWD works great with Procharger. But when I added up the costs - and the time I'd have to spend in rentals - I came out with more than a new - or slightly used - 6th gen Camaro SS, which was getting lots of praise in MT, R&T, C&D. AND, Big honkin' American V8 was on my bucket list

so:

With the exception of the '87 IROC after Buick GN stolen, every car since my '75 Pontiac has been a step - if not leap - up in performance.

Great trade!) 2017 Camaro 2SS (still own - TruBlu2) 2018 Silverado LTZ (still own, but on the way out to save $$ for the 67 resto) 2013 Ford F-150 XLT Eco-Beast (Still own - just bought this to replace the 2018 Silverado) Single living alone, currently 4 vehicles.
