Question ZL1 1LE suspension kit (DSSV struts, control arms, sway bars..etc)

Does anyone have any insight on whether or not this suspension kit will ever be offered as it did for the Gen 5 Z28 or when?

For the reference, I've checked this with "thatgmpartsguy" but they only had the part number for the front struts and control arms and with no other information.

And please, let's stay on this subject as this is not an MRC vs Multimatic thread. I know MRC suspension is great for a dual purpose car as I have one

As you may know, Camaro Z28 suspension kit includes the following and ideally a kit would be better than ordering the struts and other parts individually :

Front & Rear Complete DSSV (Dynamic Suspensions Spool Valve) Struts
Front & Rear Sway Bars & End Links
Front Control Arms
Rear Upper & Lower Arms
Instructions

(see link for more detail)

Not sure if they would or not.
If it ever did happen, I suspect they may offer it as a kit for a dealership only to install, as if you install yourself you will have stabilitrak errors because the factory system would be gone.
GM seems pretty serious about not tuning or modifying these cars now - you cant even tune it unless you send your ECU in to be hacked.

My car doesnt have navigation, and i asked if they would add it in at the dealership; they said it could not be done.

KW has a simulator for the MRC harnesses so it shouldn't be a problem to disable I think.
I am not sure either, though.

Don't know if they will or not, but you can get the parts and do it yourself self, will you need new sway bars.

The parts aren't available as of yet, and it's uncertain if GM will sell a kit like they did with the 5th gen. There's certainly interest, but they need to see a business case.

The DSSVs will be my first choice if they come out, but I'll need to know over the winter so I can plan for next year.

front struts and control arms are available now but no information on anything else. My friend who did a Gen 5 1LE > Z28 conversion says the Z28 kit became available right when they announced the Z28 for the previous Gen so I am also not sure.

Car definitely feels like it can benefit from a stiffer, track focused suspension especially when combine with wider, R comps (more grip) as the OEM calibration has been designed to work with street tires. Adding sway bars and/or camber plates can remedy some of that issue but still a band aid solution for track use (with more aggressive tires)

Do you have a link or price for the struts?

What's different about the control arms? Sphericals?

That's exciting

So are those parts available to order? How about the rear shocks and springs?

a google search for the strut part numbers listed did not come up with anything relevant.

Those may not be available in their system just yet. As I mentioned in the original post, I received that information directly from here:

https://www.thatgmpartsguy.com/

By the way, they quickly response to emails/messages (also forum vendors I believe) and I have been very happy with their service as a customer

Looks the ZL1-1LE suspension package is about $8,000.
Front struts + rear shocks alone are about $7,300.
Most items on back order.

I'd love to go with it eventually but that is pricey!
