I was a fan of the first gen, I really really liked the 3rd gen, but I diddnt really like the 4th Gen Camaro. T/A WS6 on the other hand... now that was a sexy car!

I'm keeping this one so the 6th is only going to be eye candy for me in the future.

Whoa...
It's terrible in my opinion but I don't think Chevy is going to go Retro with the Camaro again. it's going to be a new design. not based off an old model. well hopefully cause that thing is ugly i will keep my 5th any day over that.

Highly doubt GM will be looking to past designs for the 6th gen. The whole retro design craze is dead.

GM better not make a 6th gen yet. the 5th is fairly new to the roads. we started seeing 5th gens in 2009 right, its only 2012 right now. 3 years. i would hope we get 5 years.

well a camaro will always be popular car. same with mustangs. depending on your area you should look into a different car if thats what you aim for. in my area foreign sports car rarer than american. but that might be different on west cost. for example

Considering how well the current Camaro is selling relative to the competition, I don't see GM toying with the exterior and interior design too much. I think the biggest changes will be made in weight reduction and powerplant options. Everything else will be a refresh/facelift, with perhaps an update in materials (i.e. more lightweight metals for weight reduction, different interior materials due to things like dash cracks & scratches, turbo-four base engine, V6 mid-level, and V8 upper-level engines).
