Got mine installed this morning. Very easy. The hardest part is getting rid of the old glue residue from the old light. With some goof off it's easy.

Thanks! I might change it though, as some people have asked if I'm a Nazi; "Does that stand for 'White Kid Shutzstaffel?' "

Right!? They do feel pretty dumb when I tell them it stands for Wicked Super Sport.

So did you just take out the trunk lid liner and clip retaining screws and then push it out from the inside without having to pry around the tape from the outside? I have the plastic trim removal tools, but I really don't want to pry against my black paint. I swear this car scratches if you look at it. Thanks.

Anyone else try FLYNNZL1's method of just pulling the light out without removing screws/clips or even opening the trunk? That's the route I'd like to take. Just wondering if he just got lucky or if they all will do that.

Lots of people in a similar thread had success with this metbod. Just need the right plastic trim tool to get the job done .
