4000 miles on my '16 2SS Vert. Hot start issue a few times but it never failed to start, just a slow crank/hesitation. I'll be doing the new cable in the Spring.
I did have the dealer do the A8 flush as a preventative measure before putting it away for the winter. Never shuddered, but wanted to head it off at the pass. Disclaimer: only 2120 of the 4000 miles are mine, bought it 13 months ago with 1880 on it.

I got 20tree thousand with only normal maintenance and of course the transmission shudder. They replaced the TC.

HAHA trust me fellas i drive it.....i actually bought it from a local dealer in SoCal this past October.......the car actually has a sad story, guy bought it for his son, who joined the marines and unfortunately passed away in Afghanistan so the car just sat because he couldn’t bring himself to drive it......he eventually sold it back to his best friend from the dealership he originally bought it from.......and that’s when i found it......the owner of the dealership came out to congratulate me on my purchase and i could tell he was visibly sad but happy at the same time because he found out i was prior military and knew that i was the right buyer for the car....pretty amazing story actually.....sorry for the long post...

Had 80K on my first one when I wrecked it. Now have 72K on the current one. Mileage has been coming on much slower since I don't have the long commute anymore. Laid off due to the covid and found a job close to home back in May.

I'll be the first v6 for this thread, 96k miles.
Got it 2 years ago with 61k miles. I've seen a few guys with the v6 around my mileage, highest I've seen is someone on the FaceBook group with 126k miles on his last update a few weeks ago. Though his engine went at around 100k and his A8 sprung a leak a few thousand ago that caused bigger issues as well. Here's to hoping I don't have those issues lol. Had the A8 shudder once about 20k miles ago, need to replace my starter, and the coolant sensor issue is all I can think of for issues relating to the motor/components

I’ve got around 12000 kms on my car. Words can’t explain how much fun it has been. I am truly living in a dream I have had since I was young. One thing I regret is not starting a journal from the time I decided I was going to order it. The memories and different experiences I had while waiting and after getting the car is quite funny and eye opening at times.
As an example. When the car arrived at the dealer and I went to do the paperwork I ordered a spare set of rims. 2015 Z28 rims with the Michelin rubber. Right from the dealer. Well, about 2 months go by and I front rim still hasn’t arrived. I start questioning wtf? My friend is the parts manager so she started investigating. Turns out they lost the last rim. Guess what? NO MORE FRONT Z28 RIMS LEFT IN ANY GM WAREHOUSES IN NORTH AMERICA. Trust me I lost my marbles. I ended up tracking one down in Texas and my parts manager obviously compensated for the issue even though she really didn’t need to. Trust me that’s just one story. Then there was the guy that pretty much destroyed his right side wheels cause he was watching my car and not paying attention It’s been quite an experience I tell you. |

2019 SS 1LE with ~1550 miles. Not surprisingly, I've experienced no mechanical issues with the vehicle.
