Do you guys know if Firestone or places like that would install my cam & headers?

Try Jiffy Lube!

Ok JK.

I would check Yelp for a good indy shop if you are not aware of one. JMHO

Don't do it, I repeat, don't do it. Find reputable shop install that cam and headers. I doubt that Firestone will be any cheaper and I doubt they will do anything remotely close a decent job.

I wouldnt let any of those type places touch anything I owned. find a performance shop that specializes in GM. Headers are illegal in CA i believe.

Don't take your car to a tire store to have engine/exhaust work done.

Maybe for the headers but I recommend Grease Monkey for the cam install.

I think you got your answer. Just to recap, No, find a reputable shop that specializes in this type of work. This is not something you would want someone doing for their first time.
