So I have my Bluetooth hooked up to my car and google maps decides to automatically come over speakers like a call over the car to give directions.... Would this be a setting I can block on the car or would it be via phone?

I would have to double check with that app app specifically but there is usually a button that is a square with an up arrow at the bottom of it, like for AirPlay. When you click that in an app you will be given the option of where it sends the audio.
