I have ground effects plus a 305 in the rear. Ground effects by design are actually suppose to protect the rest of the car from rock chips. I clear bra'd all my entire ground effect kit, front and that section in front of the rear tire that flares - so far so good :-)

Well, they have side PPF for the side rockers, partial lower door and partial rear bumpers. The only downfall is that it only goes up a few millimeters higher than the factory film on the lower 1/4 panel. I'm sure the installer can custom a piece though.

OP, can you please post a picture of the chip damage?
I have GFX and protection film all around and am curious where exactly you guys are seeing this damage. |
