I also saw that, it would be 10k off a loaded 2SS rs 1le for me including my college discount but I am invested in the gen6 camaro due to the technology and amout you get for the price. If you don't care about that then go for the '15 great deals are going to start appearing

What exactly is this 20% off?
So, I could get 2SS 1le for like $33,000? That is $4,000 less than I'm looking at for the 2016 v6 camaro I have on order.

All Camaro's or just oldest in stock? I've seen these commercials before trying to move old stock. Checked a few local dealer websites and they are not even close to 20% off.

It's not on all. Very few actually from what I see. My nephew has been trying to find one but most aren't discounted.

I did an autotrader search today and found several 15 SS's for around $30-31K. Makes me think of buying a 2015 SS and putting a Whipple SC and backing out of my 2016 SS order. Chevy is making it tough with all these discounts on the 2015 SS's. I also found several 2016 Gt's for under $30K. Buy a Roush Stage 3 SC or a Whipple SC. I don't know why Ford is allowing 2016 Gt's to be sold so cheap. Looks like Ford is scared of all the good press the new camaro has received and trying to keep the price difference between the 2 greater to try to entice people into picking a mustang over a camaro simply based on price and not features or performance. If camaro and mustang were the same price Ford would be in trouble in the pony war sales and I think Ford understands that.
PS Both cars are great. Me personally I think the mustangs look better than the 5th gen ss's but I think the 6th gen SS's look better than the mustangs. I change my mind almost daily on what car I will end up with since it's not going to be a dd just like my vette. Kudos to competition and I think all the dissing and hating on each car is a bit juvenile and I wish people could grow up some times and not be such keyboard warriors. I also found a few 2015 ZL1's for under $50K which seems like a steal too. |

All dealerships are discounting their 2015 Camaros. They do this every year at this time. During the next few weeks the discounts will get bigger.
