I just purchased a 2017 2SS Fifty Ann. Vert and want to replace the spoiler with a flat one. Anyone know if a bolt on spoiler is made for the car?

Antenna Booster
I just found out that the little black things inside the rubber covers where you would access the the nuts to remove the spoiler are antenna boosters. It looks like there is a wire going up inside the spoiler on each side. Also, the 50th anniversary raised spoiler looks like it has an access panel on its underside.
Can someone explain what these boosters do and if they do connect to something inside the spoiler? It would be difficult to replace the raised spoiler with a flat one if these boosters are an important part of the electronics of the vehicle.
