Talking Vortech V-3Si w/ LG G6X3 Cam Dyno Results

So we finally got the car on a dyno yesterday. This is to showcase how an LG G6X3 (naturally aspirated cam) deals with F/I.

Here's the sheet from before the supercharger. Cam and headers w/ high flow cats were installed at the time.

And here it is the results with the supercharger+supporting mods.

The Vortech kit came from RMCR and was painted by them. Neither dyno test had a fan in use, so we expect a little more air and some tuning could put this car at 800 RWHP. It is still stock bottom end. Gearing is 3.91. The car runs great and is a blast to drive. For clarification, the stickers all over the car are from a 4000 mile road rally I just got back from. Yes the supercharger was on and the car didn't even hiccup.

Supporting mods include:
60 lb. Injectors
ZL1 Fuel Pump
ADM FPMC
ZR1 3-Bar MAP Sensor
Corsa ZL1 3" Catback
Elite Engineering 2nd Gen Catch Can
BBK High Flow Fuel Rails
Kooks 1 7/8" LT's
No Cats

More info/pictures and additional supporting mods can be found in my build thread. Just click on my sig.

Was fuel pressure dropping? Cant see the zl1 pump and adm fpcm hold pressure at that hp level. Meth?

No meth. I didnt get to observe any parameters since this was just a trailer dyno at a show (same trailer dyno as the old sheet). We'll rent some tuning time on it in the near future and check everything out. I was as surprised as you are that it made those numbers. We did 3 pulls and hp/tq was dropping each time. I assume that was caused by heat since it was hot out and we didn't have a fan.

Fuel pump/etc doesn't care about correction factor. Look at the sheet, it has a 33% correction. Actual power is ~589rwhp so fueling shouldn't be an issue with that setup.

Makes much more sense esp. with the 60# injectors

I have 60lb injectors and around 650rwhp and IDC is 73% down the track. I think I could get 700 with these injectors. I do have a Squash setup.

I'm not sure I follow, are you suggesting that his pre supercharger run was only 300 hp also? The correction factor wasn't changed. Looks to me like they probably use a weird brand dyno and use 1.33 to convert to dynojet numbers.

I don't think that setup will provide enough fuel at that power though, it's probably on the ragged edge

Looks like Colorado. High elevation places have huge corrections and they mess with FI.

So yes, preblower he was making 336rwhp. That is a dyno jet, not conversion to a dynojet. The block, fuel, pistons, clutch, axles, etc don't care about corrections, just actual power. Funny seeing places at high elevation say how they are making 700-800rwhp on stock motors/etc when in reality they are making 150-200rwhp less without the correction.
