Mine has. CD player................never used it!
Ya I still have a cd collection, but I didnt want them in my car(ruined severl CDs by leaving tbem in tbe car) Instead, I just bought a 4 gig USB flash drive and filled it up with my favorite music and stuck it into my USB port in the center console, havent removed it since. I just put the player on random on long drives and crank it. Try it......you will never even consider using CDs again in your car, plus as an added bonus you get to preserve your CD collection in your house

I use my Sirius xm radio as my primary source when listening to music and my iPhone as a secondary source. But then again I mainly drive with the windows down and enjoy the sound of the engine. |

It was tough getting used to "no cd player". Get a cheap iPod and transfer everything over, the menu on Mylink makes it easy to navigate and now I'm used to this setup.

CONGRATS on your ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.
oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. Welcome!!

Welcome to C5. Pretty car. I agree with the others on using a USB flash drive. I suggest using one big enough for future growth. I have one of these (in black):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820220755 Very small with lots of capacity. Go big or go home.

I tried the iPod in my 2012 and it kept shutting down in the heat with the top down, I switched to a USB flash drive and have had no issues, I took the iPod back. The iPod cost me $60 for the 4 gig, a 4 gig flash drive was $6 at Big Lots.

I have a 32 gig flash drive with my entire music catalog on it, over 2400 songs and only 16 gig used. If you don't do XM, which I love and recommend highly then this is the hot setup.
