I actually just contacted Hennessey performance yesterday and they have a hpe450 supercharger build for v6. However it cost $10000 installed

Not sure if supercharger is the best way to go for the V6, IMO if you're gonna spend that much get a Twin Turbo set up. But I don't know anything about cars so...

Yeah I wasnt looking into spending that much anyway haha. I originally just wanted my car to sound better and louder. Cause obviously dealers make them super silent on purpose

Cold air and exhaust will get you the louder, faster costs more. Just how it is for all of us. You can get some cheap bang for the buck stuff though. For example, even though the 14 SS is a new style change, the mechanicals are largely the same motor wise, so my Cold Air intake for example is for a 2010-2013 and it fit fine.

I am sure the V6 is in the same boat. I do not think they changed it much, but there is a HUGE wealth of knowledge on here. Research until you can't take it anymore.

But the V6s in these are no joke at over 300HP now. Remember the first 4th gen Camaro V8 had 300HP and 325TQ from the factory. The new V6 is right there or past it. May not have the same torque, but I think the V6's revs higher anyway.

Not a bad option either way. My SS is an auto and honestly, it is dang fast. I am sure they have the V6 auto set up similarly as well.

Good luck, and keep us posted on what you get!

Check out my signature. Didn't break the bank and the car is more responsive and fun to drive. Highly recommend a catch can and a clean side oil separator.

Yeah a lot of people are saying that same exhaust. sadly i bought the NPP exhaust from the dealer and i like how the quad tip looks and i do not want to loose that and i keep finding things that only have two :/

Throttle body and spacer

Hey guys looking for a little help. I've got 2014 V6 2LT RS with K&N CAI and Mellow Tone axle back custom exhaust. I see a lot of suggestions for ported throttle body and spacer but can't find one for the 2014 V6. VMax with Apex but only option is up to 2013....Any body know where to look? Also high flow cats from solo....are there any others? Thanks in advance.

Contact Jason@JacFab. They don't have it listed on their site but he should be able to give you pricing and ordering instructions.

Mace Engineering also has 6mm and 12mm spacers for the LFX.

Apex Speed has the ported throttle body for the LFX. It will fit a 2014.

I have the spacers in stock (3/4"), I'll be adding them to the website next week.

As mentioned the 13 TB will fit the 2014.

ARH is another option for high flow cats, but I think only one person so far has a set and/or has seen them. I have a set on order that SHOULD be shipping any day now. The pricing quoted from ARH for theirs is much better than the competitions
